MGMT, Empire of the Sun, Cut Copy all hold some sort of musical monopoly over the indie pop genre. And this unfortunately overshadows one of my lesser-known favorites, Wolf Gang. Not necessarily the most unique and distinctive sound, but they’ve been able to emulate a near-perfect replication of the “fun-ness” of what the aforementioned bands bring. Definitely a fun band to check out early in Day 1 of Coachella. 

With the sun shining bright in the Indio desert, Wolf Gang will surely rock the Coachella stages.
